Collaborate on a collab post

Collaborate on a collab post
Another cool new feature: collab posts.  Collaborate on a collab post  You can now post your post together with someone else. The post will then appear on both pages, and the likes, shares and comments will be added together. An interesting option to increase your reach.

How does it work?

The option is a little bit hidden. If you click on ‘

Tag people’ before posting your post or Reel, the option ‘Invite contributor’ will appear. If you then invite someone via phone number list that button, that person will receive a notification and can decline or accept the request.

An example of a collab post:

That it is a collab post can be seen at the top of the post. The name of the poster will appear at the front, as well as the profile picture, and after that the account that accepted the invitation to ‘contribute’ will appear.

3. Instagram reminders
Since January this year, you can add reminders to your Instagram posts. This new option is only available for professional accounts. So you need to have a business account or a creator account.

It is a useful option to indicate the start of an event, for example, or when a promotion or discount starts. If you add the date to the post, your followers who have ‘reminders’ turned on will receive a number of reminders. 24 hours before, 15 minutes before and when the ‘event’ starts.

In such a reminder, your followers will see the name of the event or action, the name of your organization and a clean email   link to the post that contains the reminder.

How does it work?
You can (currently) only add a reminder to a post. This can be a post with an image, video or slider. ads made a conversation  For Reels and Stories this option is not yet available, although for those channels you do of course have the ‘countdown sticker’ at your disposal.
